Overview

Creative Audience shows how 30 simulated viewers react to your video, and why. Each one tells you where they would swipe away, keep watching or save it, at the moment it happens. Use it to find the moment you lose people before you post.

How it works

  1. 1

    Analyze a new video

Upload one of your own Reels, TikToks and Shorts, from 3 seconds to 10 minutes long. Creative Audience runs with every new analysis of your own video.

  2. 2

    Open the Creative Audience tab

When the analysis is ready, open the Creative Audience tab, next to Feedback. The Overview shows a short line about it too.

  3. 3

    See when viewers reacted

Each moment shows where viewers swiped away, stopped watching, or rewatched, liked or saved. Tap a moment to play your video from there.

  4. 4

    Meet your viewers

Tap any viewer to open their profile. It shows their habits and what they did on your last three videos.

What you get

  • What stood out, with the fix from your analysis that sits at the same moment
  • When viewers swiped away, stopped watching, or rewatched, liked or saved, and why
  • How each of the six kinds of viewer reacted, in plain words: cold scrollers, curious newcomers, loyal followers, niche fans, sound-off viewers and value savers
  • 30 viewers with names, habits and a line in their own words
  • A note when your viewers read the opening differently from the analysis

Important details

  • Creative Audience is on Starter and above. On the Free plan, the tab shows an example.
  • It works on your own, organic videos: Reels, TikToks and Shorts from 3 seconds to 10 minutes long. Ads and competitors' videos are not included.
  • It runs on analyses made after it launched. To see it for an older video, analyze that video again.
  • The viewers are based on your Instagram audience where we have it, otherwise on a typical audience. The tab tells you which.
  • The same viewers watch every video from the same channel. Their lines are written in English.
  • The viewers are simulated. Treat their reactions as a perspective to help you improve, not as a measurement of real viewers.
