| Effective plan | The caller’s own active plan or Team access inherited through an accepted workspace membership. |
| Grounded result | An AI response produced with external search or YouTube research context. |
| MCP | Model Context Protocol, used to expose Retensis tools to compatible AI assistants. |
| Opportunity score | A deterministic ranking assembled from available demand, competition, viability, DNA, and goal components. |
| RLS | Row Level Security, the database policy layer that restricts records to authorized users and workspaces. |
