How data is handled

• Uploaded video files are held in secure cloud storage and served only through short-lived signed URLs.
• Connected-platform access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage.
• Outbound integration destinations and secrets are encrypted.
• Your data is private to your account and enforced by server-side ownership checks on every request.
• EU-oriented analytics are gated through the consent system.

Your controls

   Disconnect a creator platform

   Open Creative DNA and use Disconnect on the YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram connection card. Disconnecting removes that channel’s synced videos. Your uploaded analyses and their measured results are not affected.

   Update email preferences

   Open Settings and change the available communication preferences.

   Delete the account

   Open Settings → Delete account. Retensis cancels an active card subscription and removes owned account data and files.

4. 4

   Remove an MCP connector

   Remove the connector in the connected AI client. A Retensis token-management screen is not yet available.
