How data is handled

• Uploaded video files are stored in Cloudflare R2 and served with short-lived signed URLs.
• Connected-platform access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage.
• Outbound integration destinations and secrets are encrypted.
• Tenant access is constrained by Supabase RLS and server-side ownership checks.
• EU-oriented analytics are gated through the consent system.

Your controls

   Disconnect a creator platform

   Open Creative DNA and use Disconnect on the YouTube or TikTok connection card.

   Update email preferences

   Open Settings and change the available communication preferences.

3. 3

   Delete the account

   Open Settings → Delete account. Retensis cancels an active card subscription and removes owned account data and files.

4. 4

   Remove an MCP connector

   Remove the connector in the connected AI client. A Retensis token-management screen is not yet available.
