Retensis Agent

Overview

Retensis Agent is a coach you talk to, and it can go and look things up for you. Rather than answering from a blank prompt, it opens your past analyses, reads the Creative DNA it has built from your channel, checks the competitors you track, and compares videos against each other. When one thing it finds raises the next question, it keeps going in the same answer instead of stopping at the first result. You do not pick a video first and you do not choose what it should look at. On Pro and Team you can also hand it a job and leave: it keeps working while you are away and has the answer ready when you come back.

How it works

   Just ask

   Ask why a video underperformed, which of your hooks worked best, what to fix first, or what to make next. You do not have to select a video or a tool.

   It goes and looks, more than once

   It opens the analyses it needs, reads your Creative DNA, checks the competitors on your watchlist, and compares videos against each other. When one result raises the next question, it follows it in the same answer. Expand Show thinking to see every step it took.

   It asks before it spends

   If answering means running a new analysis, it stops and asks first. It also knows how many of your monthly analyses are left, so it will not offer you one you cannot run. Nothing runs, and no analysis is used, until you confirm.

   Pick the conversation back up

   Conversations are saved. Come back later, open one from the list, and carry on where you stopped.

   Or hand the job over and walk away

   On Pro and Team, when a question turns out to be a job rather than a question, the Agent says so and offers to run it as a task, already filled in with what you asked. Say whether it may spend any of your monthly analyses, then close the tab. It works out how much digging the job needs, keeps going without you, and the write-up is waiting when you return.

Important details

• Available on every plan. Message allowances are listed on the Plans and limits page.
• Research and generation abilities, such as trend research, content gaps, audience questions, competitor teardowns, hooks, titles, script coaching, and idea scoring, are part of Pro. On Free and Basic the Agent will tell you which of these are not included rather than answering from general knowledge.
• Starting an analysis uses one of your monthly analyses. That is a separate limit from your plan, and the Agent always asks before using one.
• Tasks are part of Pro and Team. You can have 3 running at once, and each one ends by itself as soon as the goal is met rather than running to a limit you set.
• On a Team workspace the Agent can also read your ad campaigns and the reports on ads you have already reviewed. It cannot review a new ad. To do that, open Ads Studio and run it there, and the Agent can read the result afterwards.
• In a long conversation the Agent works from the most recent part of it. If you want it to use something you said much earlier, say it again.
• A task decides for itself how much work a job needs. What you decide is whether it may spend any of your monthly analyses, and the default is none, so a task never uses one unless you say so.
• Each step a task takes counts as one agent message against your monthly allowance, the same as a message you send yourself.
• The Agent gives AI guidance, not guarantees. Check any claim about platform performance against your real numbers.
